FPGA bitmaps from reverse engineering that would
compromise the user’s mission.

Accord’s Compact Acoustic Model Execution Server(CAMES) is being developed as a fleet-based processing
unit that accelerates models thereby allowing algorithm
execution within an embedded package that can be
inserted into a wide range of Navy platforms. Using
its Math-to-Chip programmability tools, Accord has>
demonstrated an achieved speedup of 4,000 times on
an acoustic model’s dominant core. These tools bring
significant performance, footprint and reliability
advantages to the Navy for its undersea warfare
applications. The Internet-supported reconfigurable
1U FPGA chassis features Internet-based, anti-tamper
security and replaces a 50-processor system thus
allowing its use on small platforms such as submarines
and helicopters. The secure Internet-based software
access allows users to easily maintain the system or
change the mission.
A service to apply Accord’s tools and
resources for accelerating and embedding complex
models, moving them from the supercomputer center
into the ideal execution venue including battlefield
and homeland security modeling and secure protection
of computational assets. This service can also
be applied to commercial applications in resource
exploration, molecular modeling, bio-informatics and
medical instrumentation. This allows the application
to be taken from the laboratory into the field.
